Job View - Multi-Level
The Job View Multi-Level presents your jobs in an Parent-Child (Hierarchical) relationship. This view enforces the product structure of the jobs and presents the sub-jobs in relationship to their parent jobs. Therefore, you have the visibility to see exactly what went into any sub-assembly level of the product (jobs, material, labor, sub-contract and other). In addition, all drill downs present this hierarchical format as well.
If you only have a few sub-jobs in your
structures, this view is invaluable to seeing the true costs of
manufacturing a product and its assemblies. If you use
sub-jobs extensively, then this view is a lifesaver. No where
does M2M provide this capability.[Available

Job Level features
-
True Multi-Level Costing: See exactly what the Job, or any sub-assembly costs through a particular level or the value add for that level.
-
Supports up to 15 Levels: The multi-level capability can handle product structures up to 15 levels deep.
-
Job Status Tracking: Gain visibility into the lower level jobs supplying a sub-assembly. Have the lower level jobs been released, completed, quantity completed, etc.
-
Easily Manage your Sub-Jobs: Prior to this capability, managing your sub-jobs was a nightmare. A quick print out of the Job View, attached to the stack of Travelers, provides every one involved with a hierarchical map (or tree) to keep everything in order.
Drill Down Functions
Material View - Drill down to
all Material required and used on the Job.
-
Indented BOM: Presents all Job (and sub-job) material in an Indented format. See the complete Material List (and Actuals) for the Parent and all sub-jobs, in a Parent-Child relationship for all levels.
-
Actual vs Estimate: Easily compare the Estimated Quantities and Amounts to the Actual Quantities and Amounts used. Performance Indicators allow you to easily highlight the discrepancies. Again compare the total estimate of a Sub-Assembly to the Actuals, including all sub-jobs for the assembly.
-
Estimate to Complete: Ability to filter this view to only show the remaining material and costs.
-
Material Status: Shows whether the components have been issued. If it is a Buy Item, then the PO# will be shown (if created) and the status of Committed, Received or Invoiced will be displayed, depending the status of each PO. This now provides the 'inventory" visibility on Buy Items which is lacking in M2M.
-
Purchasing View: If enabled, drill down to the PO View for any component listed in the BOM.
Labor View - Drill down to all
Labor required and posted to the Job.
-
Indented RTG: Presents all Job (and sub-job) routing information in an Indented format. See the complete routing (and Actuals) for the Parent and all sub-jobs, in a Parent-Child relationship for all levels.
-
Actual vs Estimate: Easily compare the Actual hours and costs posted against the Estimates. Again you can set Performance Indicators to highlight the discrepancies.
-
Estimate to Complete: Again, easily filter to show just the hours remaining on a Job.
-
Workcenter Groupings: Easily filter for one or multiple Workcenters. This provides visibility into the hours and costs for a group of workcenters (say multiple Engineering Workcenters). Again, because of the hierarchical presentation, you will see the selected workcenters at any level of the routing structure.
Sub-Contract View - Drill down to all Sub-Contracting Operations for the Job.
-
Actual vs Estimate: Compare the Estimated Sub-Contract costs against the Actual costs.
-
Sub-Contract Operation Status: Gain the visibility into where you Sub-Contacted parts are (not started, shipped, received, and/or Invoiced from the vendor. See all of the Heat Treating sub-contract operations, regardless of the level.
