Purchasing View
The Purchasing View provides a complete
picture of your purchasing history, current activity and Vendor and
Part performance. Imagine, on one screen, the ability to see
the vendor history of a part, then with a few drags of the mouse,
see the part history for that vendor. Easily trend the costs
of parts over time for various vendors. With approximately 50
data points available to analyze, the Purchasing View will provide
the insight to your procurement process every company needs to stay
competitive in this tough economy.

Price Performance
- By Vendor: Easily view by Vendor, for a particular timeframe, the Average Unit Cost for all of the parts you purchase from them.
- By Part: Likewise, with a quick drag of the mouse, easily view for a particular Part, the Average Unit Cost for each Vendor you purchase it from.
- By Other: You are not limited to Vendor and Part. If you want to see the Price Performance for a particular Group Code, or Product Class, or Planner, or many other ways; you can!
- % on Time: Quickly see the % on Time for a Part (what % of the Orders are received on time), and then broken out by Vendor. Or, as is the case for all the Views, one drag of the mouse will present this same data by Vendor, then broken out by Part.
- Average Days Late: The average number of Days Late by Vendor\Part or by Part\Vendor.
- Average Lead Time: How long is the product taking to get here? See it again by Part, then Vendor OR By Vendor, then Part.
- Return Quantity Analysis: Maybe the product is getting here on time, but how much are we returning?
Project Tracking
- On Order By Job: Quickly see the status of all PO's tied to a particular Job.
- On Order By Sales Order: Quickly see the status of all PO's linked to a particular Sale Order including all Line Items and all Jobs linked to any line item.
- Filter by Remaining Quantity: Easily filter any view to only show the PO's with outstanding amounts.

- Parts by Due Date: See all Parts due in next week, by Vendor or By Project or by Planner to name a few.
- Receipts for Last Week: Quickly get a list of everything you receive last week; Again by Part or Vendor or multiple other ways.
- Which PO's can I close: Set a Performance Indicator to highlight PO's where I have received a certain % of the Order so many days after the due date.
