The Cost Calculator is a cost-effective tool enabling you to manage your costs, product mix and profitability. The pricing structure has been designed to minimize the upfront costs, but still allow your company to take advantage of new features and modules as they are released.
All pricing is based upon a site license, allowing your users unlimited access to this tool. Pricing will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change.

The initial purchase of the Base Modules and any optional features/modules, includes the first year Basic Renewal Subscription. There is no additional fee unless you choose to purchase additional features/modules in that first year.
The Basic Renewal Subscription is due annually and will provide the Customer all updates and support for the individual features/modules purchased. Upon expiration of the subscription, the Customer can continue to use the features/modules purchased, however, they will no longer be entitled to updates and support. The current Basic Subscription Renewal is $700.00 for the Base Module, and $ 170.00 for each optional feature/module.
A Perpetual Subscription is included with the "Suite" option. This subscription is also due annually, but in addition to all of the features of the Basic Subscription, this subscription provides access to all New features and options released during the term of the subscription, for no additional fee. This subscription is only available for the Cost Calculator Suite. The Perpetual Subscription Renewal after the first 12 months is $1,500. You are not required to have a current Subscription to operate the Cost Calculator.
