Sales Order View

The Sales Order View (SO View), assembles and aggregates all of your Sales Order related data and costs to the summary level you choose; but then also provides full drill down into all of the detailed supporting data and transactions.  Columns can be easily added and removed to create views for each user's specific tasks.  [Available Columns]

General features

• Profitability Reporting: Easily view Profitability by Customer, Part, Product Class and more.  Profitability can be based on your M2M Costs (Standard or Average Estimate) or the Calculated Actual Costs.

• Cost of Goods Sold: See your COGS by Customer, Part, Product Class and more.  Date sensitive reporting allows you to determine the reporting period.  Easily filter to show just what Shipped or Invoiced last month.

• Shipping Analysis: View all of the Orders which shipped in a period of time by shipping location (State or Country).

• Full Sales Analysis: Over 150 different pre-defined elements of data which a can be analyzed and aggregated in just about any manner.  See Sales by Sold To, Ship To or Bill To Address Information; by Ordered Date, Shipped Date or Invoiced Date; By any position or positions of characters in the Part Number (i.e. a "AB" in the 5th-6th position and a "1", "2", or "3" in the 10th position); Sort these results in any number of ways.

• Order Backlog: See your Order Backlog in Units and/or Dollars; by Customer, by Part, by Ship To, etc.

• Full Drill Down: No matter what columns you've selected, no matter what grouping, no matter what sorts; you will not only see the Summary data, but you will always have full drill down into the detail making up those summaries.

Make to Order features

• Project Costing: See all revenue, estimates and costs, rolled up to the Project or Sales Order level, with full drill-down to the individual lines and jobs.

• Full Drill Down - Order to Job: From an Order, drill down to the Job Materials and compare the Required Amounts to the Actuals, highlighting problem areas.  Quickly see just the Remaining Material to be Issues/Purchased.  Likewise the same drill down is available for the Labor and Sub-Contacted Materials.

• Indented Cost Structure: All cost detail is displayed in a hierarchy, relating each element to it’s place in the product structure.  This enables you to see the costs at any level of the Job Structure, not just by Job Number.  See exactly what a particular sub-assembly is costing.

• Project Tracking: Quickly identify project completion problems.  Easily identify what is left to do on this job.  Create PI’s to highlight jobs running outside your requirements.

 Make to Stock features

• Calculated Actual Costs: Let the Cost Calculator calculate your theoretical costs based on the historical Job and Purchasing transactions over a given timeframe.  Easily compare this cost to your M2M Inventory cost (generally Standard) to determine the accuracy of your M2M Costs .. and your true profitability.

• Part Explosion: Drill down into the fully Indented Standard Costed BOM from the SO View.  See the exploded Calculated Actual Costs side by side to the Current Rolled Costs.
