Q: What is the relationship between
Progressive Edge and Made2Manage/Consona.
A: Even though Progressive Edge maintains a good working
relationship with many employees at Consona, there is not a formal
relationship between Progressive Edge and Consona.
Q: Because there is no formal
relationship between Progressive Edge and Consona, should this
concern us.
A: There may be some Made2Manage users who only feel comfortable
with products and services directly from Consona. And that's
fine. However, with today's economy, there is a growing number
of Made2Manage users evaluating the cost/benefit ratio of all
services and products purchased.
Besides our depth of experience, years servicing Made2Manage customers, and successful track record with over 60 Made2Manage customer, we offer a much better value for these services than Made2Manage.
Q: If Progressive Edge performs a
customization for my company, how am I assured that this will not
prevent me from upgrading to future M2M Releases?
A: Since our inception in 1999, we have performed many
customizations for M2M users. Not once have we not been able
to migrate that customization to the next release. In fact,
most of the time, no changes are required.
Even if M2M performs the customization, before upgrading to the next release, all customizations should be tested. If a change is required, we will upgrade the customization to perform on the new release.
Counter to the claim that Made2Manage is the only one qualified to perform customizations on your system, Progressive Edge has a very successful track record in delivering cost-effective custom solutions, in a timely manner.
